Despite there being a number of trash bowls scheduled this week, some quarterbacks put up some pretty impressive numbers. Other quarterbacks are named Geno Smith. Let’s do a rundown of all the games.
Ah, Mississippi. It was a good run for you.You discovered that America is still totally cool with the racism inherent in virtually everything associated with your school, and the fact that your state is the closest thing the U.S. has to a third world country. You were able to forget that your state has no pro sports and really no good reason for anyone to visit. Then it all came crashing down because of a dumbass decision at the end of Saturday's game. I don't blame this southern belle for her reaction in the least.
Just three minutes before halftime in last night’s game against the 49ers, Peyton Manning threw his 509th touchdown in the NFL, a quick eight-yard pass to Demaryius Thomas to surpass Brett Favre as the league leader in career touchdowns.
how much can't could a white girl can't even if a white girl literally could not even.

I straight up white girl cannot EVEN with this week and it’s only Tuesday, so this is my day-late, half-assed attempt at a Week 6 recap. #notsorrynotsorry
The name of this blog was particularly appropriate this week, as quarterbacks decided to get a feel for being on the other side of a football. Most of the trick plays worked – except in the case of the Browns where basically everything about their attempt was illegal. But then again, what did we expect from the Browns?
All three teams I picked to win lost, both my fantasy teams are dumpster fires, and I was hungover until 7 PM yesterday. Not a great day for me. But at least my team won’t start the season 0-2 – the current record of the Kansas City Chiefs, who were undefeated until mid-November last year. Yikes.
Yaaaaaay!! Football is back, which means we can all return to wasting our Sundays screaming at televisions. Isn’t it the best? Since it’s Week 1, let’s talk about a little bit of everything.
Well, last night did not go how I expected, but HOT DAMN, that game was fun. Congratulations to the Seattle Seahawks for their first Super Bowl title. I have no idea what it feels like to have your team finish on top (*sob*), but I thoroughly enjoyed watching the Hawks earn those rings.
